We have an exciting opportunity for positive, enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our clients well-established children’s residential home. We are currently recruiting Day and Night staff with flexible shift patterns to suit YOU!

Roles And Responsibilities
  • To encourage and facilitate the active involvement of the children in the decisions about their life and their future.
  • To provide and maintain a positive, comfortable, caring, nurturing and supportive environment
  • To promote positive behaviour and relationships
  • To create and maintain effective records and paperwork, as necessary
Requirements
  • Full driving license and have access to a vehicle
  • Be a minimum of 21 years old to comply with regulations.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in a care/support setting.
