Are you experienced in providing Complex Care to children and young people?

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young boy with complex care needs at his home in Widnes.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is a lovely young boy who loves spending quality time with his family. He especially enjoys watching TV and films with his siblings

He requires a care team to support with his clinical and social needs throughout the day, he reacts well to a tactile, hands on approach to his care. Cuddles, social interaction, and sensory play are just a few examples of this.

Our ideal applicant will be of a nurturing nature who can help support with developmental milestones and provide continuity of care by committing to regular shifts.

Essential Experience Required
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
Desirable Experience
  • PEG Feeding
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Global Developmental delay awareness
We have the following shifts available;
  • Part Time evening – Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-9pm
