Associ8solutions are currently supporting a successful hospitality organisation in their search to find a Kitchen Manager/ Chef.

The Role

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Branch Manager in ensuring that the kitchen is productive and all food is produced to the highest standards, whilst conforming with all quality checks and food safety control measures. You will also manage the kitchen team and oversea all kitchen related operational matters.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a food preparation environment, willing to work flexible shifts, well groomed and ideally have some sushi experience.
