. An exciting position has become available for a full-time Chef based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will work 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends. Rate of pay will be dependant on upon experience and the candidate will be paid weekly. Role Requirements.
  • Fresh food experience is necessary.
  • Must have a passion and love for food.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail. Role Responsibilities.
  • To assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of the menu.
  • To maintain, clean and use where necessary all kitchen equipment.
  • To maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen areas in line with current EHO standards.
  • To apply the necessary practises and procedures to maintain food safety protocols.
  • To help with the responsibility of the running of the kitchen, its staff and facilities.
  • Helping the Head Chef oversee all kitchen operations.
  • To provide the necessary facilities, assistance and support to aid the smooth and effective operation of the business. Company.
