Champion of Creating Memories. You’re the Rock for the team, and your Head
Chef.
As Chef de Partie, you are all about service, standards and excellence and you
make sure the rest of the team are following your lead.
Our kitchens are busy places so as Chef de Partie a level head, great organisation,
delivered every time, with a smile, is the key to success.

What do you need….

Experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a gastro pub kitchen

Passionate about fresh and seasonal produce

Good attention to detail and cooking methods

Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety

Knowledge of ordering and invoicing

A positive approach bringing fun and engagement across the pub team

Be the Guardian of our Guest Food Journey, from start to finish.

Drive standards and knowledge to create guest Wowments, every time

Supporting your Head Chef and Sous Chef

Take the lead in getting the kitchen ready for service

Practice all food control measures

Creatively input towards our menus, dishes and specials

Contribute ideas to improve your pub’s sales
