This stunning restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef-de-Partie interested in creating a consistent career with a lovely family run business. Chef-de-Partie, Amersham Requirements: Confidently support the Sous chef/Head Chef daily as part of a small brigade. Proven Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. An eye for detail and a drive for excellent standards. Ensuring the kitchen meets all government and EHO regulations. High standards of food hygiene, maintaining food safety procedures. E.g., food labelling, food temperatures and cleaning schedules. Chef-de-Partie, Amersham Experience: Extensive Chef experience, 3 years in a similar role preferred. Demonstrate excellence, breadth of experience and relevant work history across a range of environments. Understanding of fresh produce and ingredients.
