We are now looking for a Change Enablement Lead to link directly in to the ERP Delivery Lead and work closely with cross-functional colleagues, a diverse group of European stakeholders and Regional Business leadership, to deliver on strategic functional and programme objectives.

As Change Enablement Lead, you will manage all comms and engagement activities to support the conclusion of the ongoing rollout of SAP S/4 Hana to our Finance function. You will also be responsible for creating and executing a comms and engagement strategy the full ERP programme, which is in its early stages.

This role is in place to ensure that all elements of communications and engagement with stakeholders is conceived, agreed, planned and executed as part of a user-focused change enablement strategy.

Your Responsibilities
  • Adopt and align to the existing comms and engagement framework, while seeking to continually improve and refine the approach.
  • Conclude the delivery of comms and engagement activities for the in-flight Finance First ERP implementation, adopting and evolving existing ways of working.
  • Conduct feedback and survey activities to learn and respond to stakeholder input.
  • Contribute to the initiation of the full ERP programme, including the definition and planning of the change and communications framework.
  • Assess likely impacts of change across each stakeholder group, including the potential identification and execution of change action projects to align the business.
  • Deploy communications using a variety of modern and traditional methods, as best fit the needs of the stakeholders.
  • Working with colleagues in different countries, managing language barriers.
  • Developing relationships with Trades Union colleagues.
  • Plan and facilitate a suitable programme of stakeholder engagement activities, including alignment with technical colleagues to review changes to ways of workings.
  • Assuring stakeholders understand why changes are being made, what is happening, when, who is affected, and what they are expected to do.
  • Work specifically with leaders, so they understand their role in messaging.
  • Measuring engagement progress and effectiveness.
  • Co-opting and leading teams of advocate/champions within the target populations.
Your Skills And Experiences
  • Depth and breadth of experience in change enablement from a process and psychological standpoint, applying and tailoring a range of approaches, with demonstrable success.
  • Large scale, strategic business transformation activities, within complex organisations.
  • Leading comms and engagement in large, corporate IT programme contexts.
  • Engagement with colleagues at all levels of organisations.
  • Comms and engagement design and delivery, across a range of methods and media.
  • Communications deployment using modern and more established methods, as appropriate to the situation and audience.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, preferably SAP.
  • Understanding of the roles of functions and value streams, in complex organisations.
  • Working in a project, with exposure to risk management, planning and progress reporting.
  • Current and future state business process mapping.
  • Native or fluent English speaker essential – other EU languages would be a bonus.
This is a permanent opportunity that will be largely working entirely flexibly around work demands, largely from home. This could possibly be in any location in Europe, with some travel to our Europe HQ offices in Solihull, West-Midlands, UK, for team sessions and project reviews. The role will also require some travel to our European manufacturing and distribution sites and potentially to our Head Office in the US, so applications from mobile candidates across the UK and EU region are welcomed.
