About the role

Our Change team are working to deliver some of the largest projects & programmes in NFU Mutual’s history. We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Analyst to join the team in Stratford Upon Avon. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to work with and interpret data, providing your own unique insight and perspective to influence the delivery of change. You’ll have the opportunity to directly affect the success of projects & programmes by maintaining and improving data insight tools.

About you

An experienced analyst with working knowledge of Power BI and Excel, you’ll enjoy providing innovative solutions to problems and improving ways of working. A strong communicator and relationship builder, you’ll be able to influence stakeholders and get people on board with the vision. You’ll enjoy working in the detail and drawing conclusions from data. Able to look at data from multiple perspectives, you’ll have the ability to visualise the big picture and understand how data fits into pieces of change. Knowledge of other Power Platform tools would be an advantage.
