R C Adamson Ltd was established in 2019 and has gone from strength to strength over the years. The business offers Freeze Branding, Foot Trimming and Concrete Grooving services across the local areas of Dumfries and Galloway, also covering all of Scotland and parts of England.

A position has become available within the business to assist with daily duties. Some tasks include:

  • Working machinery for concrete grooving
  • Cattle freeze branding
  • Assisting with foot trimming when needed. This will entail loading cows, putting information into the computer, setting crush and washing up at end of day.

Requirements:

  • Ideally someone on a self employed basis however will consider someone on a casual/part time basis
  • Must be located near to Dumfries.
  • Previous experience in Agriculture is preferred but not essential
  • Must have a drivers licence and be willing to travel.
  • Access to a vehicle would be essential however vehicle could be provided for the right person
  • Comfortable with towing/driving a trailer

You will be responsible for completing tasks to a high standard and trusted to go to farms alone.

Salary: £10.00-£22.00 per hour
