A position has become available at R C Adamson Ltd carrying out cattle freeze branding duties.

At the moment, the position will be casual, however, there are different aspects to the business which could lead to more regular work.

Looking to take on someone that is hard working, reliable, trustworthy and easy to get a long with.

Training will be provided, but a background in Agriculture is highly desirable.

You will be expected to carry out jobs alone but all work will be pre-organised. Paid travel will also be included.

Requirements:

  • Ideally someone on a self employed basis however will consider someone on a casual/part time basis
  • Must be located near to Dumfries.
  • Previous experience in Agriculture is preferred but not essential
  • Must have a drivers licence and be willing to travel.
  • Access to a van/pick up

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Salary: £11.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

  • Weekend availability
