Catering Team Leader

Salary: £11.32 per hour

Hours per week:35

Shift Pattern: Term time only - Monday to Friday 7:30 to 15:00 with 30 minutes unpaid per day)

What will this role involve?

You will be working in the fast-paced environment, ensuring the day to day running of the kitchen and service area is outstanding. This is a hands-on role, where you will responsible for efficient food preparation, as per menu guidelines, undertaking and monitoring stock control, supervising 6 members of staff to work within COSHH and HACCP and provide a catering service in a safe and hygienic environment.

What are we looking for?

• Highly organised, responsible, efficient and excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer services skills, friendly, approachable with a positive work ethic
• Welcome the opportunity to learn and support others
• Ability to recognise, with training, the importance of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Food Hygiene L2.
• Amey will complete a PVG for you upon successful interview
