As a dynamic and rapidly changing organisation, we are growing fast! We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Category Manager.

The Category Manager is a pivotal role for our commercial agenda. You will be accountable for the full commercial performance of assigned technologies as well as the relevant supplier portfolio.

About The Role

  • Supporting the development and execution of the category strategy and business plans.
  • Supporting the category by providing digital reporting and market insight to help direct technology and supplier strategies as well as identify range opportunities
  • Range and product lifecycle management, from new product introductions through to discontinuations.
  • Product and price file maintenance, including cost management
  • Supporting the team with the tracking of supplier value extraction, e.g., marketing funding, rebates and payment terms.

  • Good analytical skillset and strong attention to detail
  • Experience of online trading and digital tools
  • A collaborative team player
  • Good influencing skills
  • Operational problem solver and good process management capability
  • Experience working with leading suppliers / brands
