Job description - Caretaker/Maintenance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Driving license and own transport
  • 1+ years cleaning experience
  • 1+ years maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

  • General maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety checks.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
  • Ensure that all facilities are clean and tidy.
  • Perform minor repairs when necessary.
  • Ensure that all facility documents are complete and accurate.
  • Organise own workload efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Report any major maintenance concerns or problems to the Line Manager
