Salary: £28,333.50 per annum plus On call allowance OTE £30,000 per annum with 35 Days Holiday and further development opportunities.

The role of a Care Manager within Supported Living will directly support us in delivering the highest levels of quality led and compassionate care, enabling positive life choices for those we are privileged to support.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Current experience within a People Lead Management role ideally within Supported Living or working with people with Learning Disabilities with proven leadership experience
  • Must have experience of all standards set out by the Care Quality Commission, supporting people framework and local councils
  • Ability to complete work rotas for all staff teams
  • Ability to carry out the risk assessment process
  • To carry out the on call services
  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
  • Driver Essential

Hours of work: 37.5 hrs per week (flexible office hrs Monday to Saturday) On call on rota basis
