We’re looking for caring, passionate and thoughtful people to join our team of Care Assistants. No experience necessary, full training and ongoing support is provided to all.

We are currently looking for Day and night workers in the Sleaford area, willing to start immediately.

Job role as a Healthcare Assistant
In your role as a Healthcare Assistant, you would be working in the client’s own home out in the community who will have care needs. Your duties will include personal care, administering medications, moving and handling and implementing clinical interventions specific to each client’s requirements. All specialist training will be provided.

Full education and work history

Full background check-DBS. We will require a fully enhanced DBS for this role

References- please ensure that all references provided come from a company email address

8-10 e-learning courses- these include courses such as child protection, safeguarding and health and safety. In place of this we will accept recently completed training certificates which can be independently verified

Please note: It is a requirement of this post that you have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle and availability every other weekend
