Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our network and work with one of the top CQC-registered care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be a crucial part of a team that provides personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your role will be to deliver the highest standard of care to the residents of this exceptional care home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

- Assist with mobility and transfer of residents as needed.

- Serve meals and assist with feeding if required.

- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

- Engage residents in social and recreational activities.

- Respect residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence.

- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team.

- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and CQC regulations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential.

- A caring and empathetic nature.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

- Willingness to undergo training and development as required.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
