Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Care Assistant / Act Up Care Leader with a passion for delivering high quality care, at our clients personal-centred residential and respite care service for older people and those living with dementia.

Location: Residential Care Home, Coleshill.

Rate: £9.18 Care Assistant / £10.39 per hour Act Up Care Leader

Hours: Upto 35 hours per week (Shifts 07.00 – 2.00 and 2.00 – 9.00)

Responsible to: Senior Care Leader/Deputy Manager/Manager

Job Purpose: Provide high quality person centred individualised care and support to
residents.

Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect, acknowledge their right to privacy and encourage independence and choice.

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality inside and outside of the workplace.

To be the main lead and support to care staff on the wing in order to maintain high standards of care practice.

To ensure the Senior Care Leader is kept informed of any issues/obstacles in relation to the care wing.
