An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Capital and Estates Directorate, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, for two Capital Delivery Managers. The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) and the post holder can be based in/near Cardiff, Swansea or St Asaph.

The post holder will assist the Head of Capital Development to deliver successful Capital programmes of work, through an appropriate methodology (MSP, Prince2).

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing Capital projects comprising new construction, refurbishment/improvement of existing buildings and equipment from inception through to successful completion, agreement of final accounts and post-contract evaluation.
