Contact Centre Operative£25,000SouthamptonMC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a team of shift-based Call Centre Operatives to join a service provider in the assisted living / care sector. This role will involve dealing with calls, Monday to Friday, with reference to the care of patients in the assisted living sector, & prioritising & escalating matter appropriately. As a Contact Centre Operative, you will be responsible for:Providing flexible, thoughtful & responsive assistance with the delivery of services to end customers Conducting the day to day operations with the contact centre, ensuring telephone cover from 8am til 430pm, Monday to Friday Responding to routine & emergency calls to a high & accurate standard Following processes that ensure compliance with company standards, best practice, & recognised industry standards Engage & develop relationships with 3rd party stakeholders Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have:Recent experience in an operational role in a contact centre or call centre Experience in Microsoft suite & data collection software Strong verbal communication & time-management skills Able to work in the week, Monday to Friday 8am til 430pm Experience in the assisted living / care / NHS / Health sector is desirable but not essential This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business with huge growth potential.
