Job Summary

The Regional Project Management Business Process Owner (RBPO) is ensuring alignment between IT landscape roadmap, IT projects functions prioritization and EMEA business needs for System Integration and BUs Engineered to Order deliverables.

RBPO Activity Will Include
  • Gather business requirements to ensure alignments with regional and global strategic directions
  • Contribute hands-on with required business input to IT projects,
  • Lead new tools and processes deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement to enable measurement and upgrade of project business productivity.
  • Ensure alignments between all business units and stakeholders for future requirements, including alignments with finance and controlling requirements
  • Lead business process designs in parallel to tool deployments
Job Responsibilities
  • Drives systematically the gathering and documenting the business requirements for future IT tools from different Business Units and Sales teams.
  • Provides input and drives validation of IT roadmap impacting Project Management activities.
  • Participates to the design of future common tools serving a bridge between IT development tools and Business Units.
  • Contribute to elaborate Project Management framework including core processes leveraging existing and future enterprise tools.
  • Effectively contributes to IT projects consolidating BUs inputs driving active validation of deliverables
  • Leads new processes and tools deployment into projects delivery teams locally and centrally.
  • Elaborates project productivity KPIs to systematically track performance and support design of improvement programs.
  • Provides clear visibility of ongoing and future activity related to tools and processes development to leadership and delivery teams.
  • Periodically gather internal and external customers feedback and to maintain improvement backlog and align prioritization.
  • Activity of RBPO will focus initially on following business processes:
  • SAP and SAP Project module deployment within projects delivery teams
  • Revenue Forecast process for Project business
  • SIOP process to align demand form project pipeline and backlog and supply from feeding production sites
  • Project Management framework and IT tool development/deployment
Qualifications

Education Level Required
  • Technical and/or business degree
Years And Area Of Experience Required
  • 8+ years of experience
  • 3-5+ years of relevant business experience in the field of project management and/or systems delivery
Technical knowledge
  • Agile development framework and PM certification as a plus.
  • ERP know-how and understanding of IT project functional specification
Soft Skills
  • Result orientations and performance driven able to formulate mid-term ambition coupled with short term actionable plans.
  • Proven experience managing cross functional teams and business stakeholders having different needs and priorities.
  • Able to drive early engagement of delivery teams to ensure adoption driving a smooth deployment of IT projects deliverables.
  • Structured approach towards initiatives deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Successful experience working in a complex organization with multiple, geographically diverse, and international locations.
  • Agile strategic thinking and project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills, effective leadership style, excellent verbal and communication, planning, and organization skills
  • Inclusive communication skills to promote constructive discussions and efficient input collection from diverse stakeholders.
