Join a team of next generation thinkers.What To ExpectJoining the Business Performance team will enable an entrepreneurial and delivery focused individual to identify and implement initiatives which drive positive impact on the performance of the organisation and delight our customers.The team operates within Vehicle Programmes to optimise the lifecycle performance of Jaguar Land Rover vehicle lines, boosting profitability and customer satisfaction with a strong focus on near-term performance.This role will drive both Range Rover products on EMA, focussing on pre-Launch and Lifecycle performance through a data focused lens, leading and supporting initiatives to improve EBIT across both nameplates.Through the use of data insights and interrogation, the successful candidate will drive initiatives including growth opportunities, risk mitigation actions, and optimisation of our vehicles’ variable profit margins through a balance of revenue, cost and physical driver levers.This role has the opportunity for a proactive individual to gain a breadth of Jaguar Land Rover understanding through cross-functional working across the business.What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Generate (and support process to capture cross-functional) Variable Profit and EBIT improvement initiatives (into backlog), assessing feasibility and financial return.
  • Contribute to or lead initiatives from conception to enabled (G0 to G3 re ReFocus gating status).
  • Support the cross-functional teams to create implementation plans for initiatives (G3+).
  • Track initiative value through to delivered (G5).
  • Data analysis & digital tools creation and/or utilisation to identify new opportunities (or risks to mitigate) and track delivery.
  • Work within Agile framework as part of the Business Performance squad.
  • Maintain consistent operations across nameplates, including effective sharing of best practice between carline teams.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
What You’ll NeedEssential:
  • Analytical experience using (and creating) data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive business decisions.
  • Strong IT skills including the use of MS Office suite and SharePoint.
  • Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, to be able to confidently represent the team in cross-functional forums.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
