Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Performance Manager on a rolling 12-month contract, to join a multinational, automotive manufacturer based in the Warwickshire area. Location: Hams Hall with some travel around the UK when required Pay rate: £21.88ph Standard working hours: 37.5hours per week The role of the Business Performance Manager is to support the Facilities Management division to identify lead initiatives that drive the culture of continuous improvement. This is a constantly evolving role depending on the needs of the business. Duties & Responsibilities Process management, process mapping, process development and compiling reports Interacting with internal and external customers, and working closely with other departments Support the digitalisation of processes in conjunction with the FM-IT target picture. You will be required to provide hands on support and knowledge to the UK Planning Manager and the Facility and Energy Management team to advise on associated elements. Evaluating and analysing processes (i.e., mapping) Using and understanding quality data analytics, creating knowledge out of performance & process data in relation to Quality Assurance and the performance of external providers and then reporting your findings to the Asset Management team. Develop, implement, and manage the Key Performance Indicator for the outsourced processes and internal performance. Supporting the onsite teams Willingness to travel to other sites around the UK as and when requested.Candidate specification Must have working knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015. Good working knowledge of new technologies, innovations, and industry-specific IT applications with a focus on digitalisation (e.g., SAP, CAFM, IWMS, etc.). Good working knowledge of Real Estate ’technical and building’ asset management "Life Cycle" planning including strategy management. Successfully completed technical studies or studies in the field of facility management or a comparable qualification. Working knowledge of MS Office software products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to effectively use Teams & Skype for remote meetings. Full UK driving license and own transport to be able to travel to other Sites across the UK as necessary. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Bi-lingual - English & German would be an advantage but not essential. INDLS
