Role Summary

As a Finance Graduate you will be become a respected business partner who directly influences long-term strategic decisions based on rigorous financial data and analysis. Experiences will include exposure to annual financial planning and budgeting, dynamic equity and debt management, developing relationships between investors and the financial community, internal and external senior stakeholder interactions, driving action plans, and the opportunity to gain a true appreciation for the operational and foundational elements of the function and its contribution to business success. You will be fully supported and sponsored in achieving your CIMA qualification, and be part of a global Finance function of circa 300 employees. #LI-SJ1

Academic Qualifications: We will accept applications from graduates including, but not limited to the following degree disciplines (minimum 2:1):

• Finance & Accounting
• Economics
• Business Related

Programme Structure

Our three-year programme consists of four nine-month placements:

• Each placement will focus on business critical elements, within the respective business areas, that add measurable impact and value to our organization, they will include cross-discipline project work and varied placements across our divisions to give you a breadth of experience and opportunities to engage with a wide network.
• The Finance Graduate Programme will involve one placement that is based at another business location.
• Dependent on your chosen discipline, you will have an opportunity to work in another function within our business, this may be one of the alternative functions listed above, but may also extend to others such as Procurement, Investor Relations and Trade Compliance to stretch you and provide you with a rounded skillset.
• You’ll receive technical and commercial training throughout the programme, as well as enhanced professional and personal development.
• You’ll receive mentorship from 2 of the most experienced leaders in Meggitt.
• Together with your placement managers, you will set clear goals at the start of each placement and receive appraisals at the end to aid your progress and development.
