We are looking to recruit a Business Development Specialist to own and drive our growth. This is a varied and exciting role which is integral to the expansion of the Broadhead Global portfolio.

Working closely with the founders of the business, the role will primarily be focused on developing and winning new business, achieving sales targets and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline. Our success over recent years means that our reputation is strong and we have a wealth of potential opportunities to develop.

This role is perfect for someone with strong sales and business development skills including:

  • A successful track record of selling services, ideally with experience selling to corporates
  • The ability to build effective and long-lasting business relationships
  • Experience of independently and accurately identifying opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An outgoing and personable nature
  • The ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic and changing environment
  • A Business Management qualification, preferably at degree level
  • The ability to work pro-actively, using your intuition to understand and navigate through the complexities of large corporations;

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers with support of the Managing Director
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Key Characteristics

  • Experience of dealing with large corporations and working effectively within an SME environment
  • Patience and focus to build our Sales approach initially, to realise greater return in the long term.
  • Strongly motivated to succeed and able to adapt to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Intuitive, caring and passionate about delivering high quality services.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to respond effectively to changing customer requirements.
