We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Area Account Manager/Business Development Manager who thrives on cultivating large existing client accounts (40%) and targeting and converting new clients (60%). As part of our clients team, you will have a dedicated Internal Account Manager to assist in managing your prestigious clientele in and around London.

Base salary £40,000 basic + £20,000 OTE (uncapped)

Responsibilities Of The Area Account Manager

  • Winning new business (60%) - you have a hunter mentality with a track record of driving and delivering new business.
  • Nurture existing customers (40%) - you have a proven excellence in customer relationships with evidence of growing and retaining an existing client base.
  • Can demonstrate a solid, well-thought-out, and clear sales process.
  • Stay informed about new products in the market and confidently sell features and benefits to the existing and new client base.
  • Methodical planner, staying on top of quotations, pipeline, with evidence of closing regular business.

The person we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a field sales role
  • Demonstratable experience in driving revenues across New and Existing business.
  • Track record of achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Experience in a similar field being advantageous.
  • Highly collaborative across multi-functions.
  • Excellent negotiator.
