The purpose of the role is to facilitate the sale of the company services across a national market to ensure that consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues is achieved. This will incorporate new lines of business, managing existing client accounts and a proactive approach to business development. The ideal Business Development Manager will:

· Proactively drive business development, identifying and developing opportunities.

· Undertake sales activities including cost negotiations, closing sales, creating and sending quotes and account management.

· Develop and maintain relationships with customers and leads.

· Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients.

· Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects,

· Making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

· Update Salesforce CRM System.

Ideal Candidate must have the following skills:

· B2B Sales experience.

· Strong organisational skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Marketing experience.

· Experience of utilizing a CRM system.

· High standard of written English.

· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

· A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.

· Healthcare industry experience is a distinct advantage.

· You should be strategic, forward thinking, able to negotiate and converse confidently at any level.

· You will target and Account Manage specific prospective clients and further develop business relationships.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,722.33 per year
