We now have an exciting opportunity for an Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will need to be mainly sales driven in this position in order to grow the business, however you will also need account management and great customer service skills.

You will need to be outgoing and have a bubbly, personable personality. Salary is 22 - 25k depending upon experience, plus a healthy commission & profit sharing opportunities.

My client’s ambitious future plans mean that you will be joining the team at a really exciting point in their journey and can look to be rewarded with profit share opportunities which are significant, realistic and uncapped.

Working within a Global shipping specialist company with sites all over the UK, you will be working within a team of 3 in a cosy office. We will need your sales & interpersonal skills in order to help us in the next steps within our journey & you will be rewarded for your efforts.

The Role:-

As a business development manager, you will need to be able to see gaps in the market, account manage, generate new business and look after current clients.
