They require an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and assist with the growth of the business by selling their services to clients in and around the local area and further field. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within HVAC sector with over achieving on targets and working towards company growth goals over a set period. The candidate needs a Hunter mentally and be able to farm new business within existing contracts and accounts.Business Development Manager Position OverviewThe successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing new business in the Refrigeration sector covering Yorkshire and Northern England. Along with developing new business you will be required to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of clients. The Candidate will need to be confident within Contract Management, Account Management and B2B Sales. There will be a cold calling element to this role.Business Development Manager Position Requirements
  • Must have a proven background in a HVAC Industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within the company
  • Must have experience selling PPM and Service plans
  • Excellent IT skills
Business Development Manager Position Remuneration
  • £45,000 - £55,000
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Company car or allowance
  • 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holiday
  • Profit share scheme
