Awards specialists, our client owns and delivers awards schemes, conferences, exibitions, roadshows and more. From London, to Toronto, to Sydney and back again, the company has a real global footing, devising, managing and delivering events for companies such as PZ Cussons, Uclan, SEMrush and more!

They’re now looking for two BDEs to help enhance their presence further. Successful candidates will be proactive and ambitious – you’ll be prospecting for new business, so will need to enjoy engaging with others using a customer-centric approach.

Business Development ExecutivePackage:

Business Development ExecutiveRole:
  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its offering, client list and the marketplace it operates within
  • Confidently reach out to key decision makers over the phone, via email and through social channels – in the effort to articulate the value of the company’s offering
  • Successfully schedule meetings, which you will attend alongside a senior member of the team – learning how to engage properly with clients on a face to face basis
  • As you learn, take responsibility for the full sales cycle – managing everything from generating your own leads, to meeting prospects and clients, to negotiating and closing business
  • As you become more proficient and comfortable in the role, plenty of opportunities open themselves up for you – both in earning capacity and role type
Business Development Executive:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, approachable
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Confident, tenacious and a strong work ethic
