This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Development team where you will make an important contribution to Human Resources & Organisational Development (HR&OD) by supporting the timely and accurate collection of business and workforce information.
Responsible for producing and analysing a range of quantitative and qualitative performance information to support business and workforce planning as well as reporting out various information as required by external bodies.

Excellent IT skills are essential together with the ability to understand complex data in order to present clear, detailed and comprehensive reports. Good organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines will help you succeed in this role.
