Hyde is looking to recruit a Business Analyst (Process).

The Hyde Group is one of the UK’s largest housing providers, working across London, the South East, East Anglia and the East Midlands. With a turnover of £450m and 50,000 homes under management, Hyde provides services to more than 100,000 customers.

As a Business Analyst (Process), you will work to develop, embed, and govern Process Excellence across the business. Process Excellence is underpinned by our 4 pillars which drives process structure and control throughout the business.

You will report to the Head of Continuous Improvement and will work along side the Continuous Improvement Team, you will also work closely with the PMO and Portfolio Manager who are a part of the C&CI team.

Responsibilities


  • Build process excellence capability within the Hyde group through coaching & training when required.
  • Manage and own the Process modeller system (Engage): Including
    • liaising with the engage contact manager, arranging upgrades and subscriptions.
    • Support the Engage superusers.
    • Maintain quality control for users and processes.
    • Maintain training and coaching to ensure users are performing.
    • Maintain the 4-action risk report for process completion.
    • Create weekly performance reports.
    • Maintain alignment with the process operating model (POM)
    • Create the POM within engage.
  • Support the Hyde’s process Improvement programme.
    • Be able to own a process performance project and deliver a successful outcome using Hyde’s process Improvement model (Process excellence)
    • Be happy to support other BAs with the work within the project they own.

Skills and experience required

  • Good communicator – Clear and concise verbal and written ability.
  • Able to influence individuals and teams and build strong relationships.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
  • A desire to learn and can learn quickly.
  • Good Microsoft skills, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio
  • Able to travel across our sites.
