Location: Brentford HQ

Full-time

Salary: £35,000

Working Hours: Mon-Fri - 40 hours

Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays

We are Verisure and we looking for a very special individual to fill the role of our Business Analyst. Our Business Analyst will have had practical hands on Power BI experience,you will work on reports and analysis and have an influence on our sales strategy of the future!

Our Business Analyst with Power BI Experiencewill join the Sales Performance Department (3 employees) and work closely with our sales structure (600 employees) to monitor our colleague sales performance, providing help, support and insights where is needed most.

You will support on developing our Power BI tools, collaborating on the preparation of top management presentations, budgets, new product propositions and collaborating on projects that will allow you to deep-dive, develop and improve our business model.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Sales reporting, past, current and future performance in terms of sales, and proposing new solutions to improve our current performance and processes
  • Sales Analysis (sales price, conversion rate, sales structure, simulation of sales force evolution, team consolidation)
  • Facilitate challenge events
  • Manage commissions
  • MySales App : Extract data from my sales in order to analyse those data through Power BI (self-activities, feedback from booking, leavers …)
  • Develop our BI tools

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Power BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven exceptional team player
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Curiosity to learn and develop
