Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The SAP SD Support Specialist will be supporting Pall’s Commercial Operation organization in both project and BAU activities and will be located remotely in Europe.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Work with partners & stakeholders (customers/CS/Sales associate) in capturing business requirements, reviewing data, and identifying change management touchpoints
  • Knowledge & handling of Master and Transactional Data (Customers, Pricing, Sales Documents)
  • Support migration and user acceptance testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another
  • Coordinate user testing or regression testing for system (Digital /ERP) changes
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Work with sales and customer service associates in ensuring timely communication with impacted customers / organisations
  • Support the CS teams during all phases of the project including post launch
This role may involve some travel for business (up to 10%) and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Specific detailed knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution process functionality
  • Proven experience on understanding of how organizations/people go through change and change process.
  • Ability to perform Testing of systems /Process flows and Data migration aspects.
  • Previous customer service or supply chain experience – Subject Matter Expert level
  • Some experience of digital/ecommerce platforms may be beneficial
