Are you an experienced Administrator with a minimum of 2 years working in the financial, commercial or legal sectors? If you are looking for a new challenge, we have a varied and interesting opportunity within our Bath office.

About you:

To provide effective and focussed support to partners, managers and departments you need to be enthusiastic and motivated to join our small on-site team on a full-time basis (job share may be considered for the right applicants to cover 37 hours a week). You will need to be well organised and possess excellent communication skills, with a common sense approach to problem solving. You will need initiative and good judgement. The ability to re-prioritise your workload to meet deadlines in a reactive environment is a must, as is attention to detail and accuracy as you will be processing legal documents. You will need to be able to travel to other offices to cover sickness or leave.

Duties include:

  • Producing a range of documents including letters, schedules and invoicing
  • Scanning and electronically filing documents
  • Controlling client records
  • Controlling contractors on site
  • Updating management data
  • Providing support to team members and for project work
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Supporting sales, promotional and marketing activities
  • Please be aware that you will need to be based in the Bath office
