If you have experience in staff and office management and a passion for delivering a quality service, we have an exciting opportunity to join the NSCAP Business Operations Team in the newly created position of Business Administration and Office Manager.

NSCAP is an established northern provider of pre-clinical and clinical training in child and adolescent psychotherapy. Our portfolio also includes specialist clinical service provision, a growing research/evaluation profile and delivery of short trainings and CPD activity. Core operational and administrative support across all portfolios is provided by the Business Operations Team.

The purpose of this post is to manage the small Business Operations Team and NSCAP’s operational systems, reporting to the Business Operations and Development Manager. The postholder will monitor day-to-day work, resources and facilities and will develop, implement and manage new organizational and business systems where required to support the expanding functions of the organization.

You will have previous line management experience, and preferably facilities experience, with the ability to promote a professional image while responding to complex queries and liaising with professionals and organisations at all levels. You will be able to work autonomously in a busy office environment.

As a condition of your employment you will also be required to register with and to participate in the DBS Update Service, and will be responsible for maintaining payment, and subscription to the DBS Update Service (£13 annual payment).DBS checks for volunteers remain free of charge.
