Brooke Harrison are excited to bring to market a fantastic opportunity, we are recruiting for a Broker Liaison to work for one of the fastest growing financial services companies in the UK

You will be required to keep Brokers up to date on how cases are progressing, the role will also include general admin duties

Duties
  • Providing excellent customer service, whilst communicating via multiple platforms
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, credit and land registry searches and updating CRM systems
  • Liaising with Customers, Intermediaries, Surveyors, and Solicitors during the application process
  • Ensuring that the CRM system is up to date at all times by adding comprehensive notes after each conversation
  • Requesting documentation required to assist with the timely completion of a case
Key Skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Good organisation skills, coupled with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to work under pressure.
