As an Engagement Lead in the BRFM team, your role will be to work closely with our stakeholders from Trading, Commercial, Operational & Finance teams. You will ensure our plans are built to support delivery against business targets for our stakeholders.

You will own the Sapphire plan, ensuring all inputs and outputs are accurate and up to date, with regular reviews completed to ensure we always remain aligned to changing business priorities and these are cascaded to the team. You will set expectations with stakeholder groups where resource constraints exist and highlighting opportunities to do things differently to maximise results. You will be responsible for ensuring all team outputs tell a consistent, clear and compelling story and are of the highest standard.

Championing best practice, you’ll develop strong relationships with the Live Ops & wider Planning teams, seeking opportunities to improve our processes & outputs

What you’ll do:
  • Creating and owning effective relationships with your stakeholder areas on behalf of Live Operations earning their trust and a voice at the table.
  • Actively seeking to understanding the objectives, focus, change and improvement activity happening in your stakeholder areas, alongside providing support where relevant in the delivery of these.
  • Effectively sharing the stakeholder objectives, focus change and improvement activity with the wider team, highlighting opportunities to support those.
  • Ensuring that the team outputs tell compelling stories based on accurate, relevant and consistent data.
  • Seeking, creating and delivery opportunities within the business, through your team and personally to support excellent performance by improving processes, maximising resource efficiencies.

Team Overview:

Live Operations within Colleague and Customer Planning play a critical role in making this happen and the work we do has a fundamental impact on the environment our customers and advisors interact in.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Lead reporting to the Faults & Resilience Planning Manager in our Live Operations team. You’ll be part of a highly motivated team who are committed to our internal and external customers, skilled in understanding the intricacies of the multiple functions that sit within the department. We engage with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to ensure we deliver support plans that balance both customer and business requirements for all three functions (Faults, Retail Support and Sapphire workstacks)

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally be experienced in building positive relationships with business areas/stakeholders, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple project requests against tight deadlines at any given time. In addition, an ability to work across multiple workstreams, possess fantastic engagement and communication skills, alongside the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging outputs is essential.
