About The Role

We’ve got an exciting new marketing role, working collaboratively and closely with our Brand Communications Manager.

You’ll get involved in the planning of all ‘through the line’ brand campaigns including TV, radio paid and charity partnerships. You’ll be able to support in delivering five major seasonal brand campaigns per year as well as tactical trade communications throughout the year, producing a variety of campaigns.

  • Work with our external agencies and suppliers to ensure end to end delivery of TV and brand activity.
  • Create and deliver campaign communication and product packs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders have the right assets they need to deliver and amplify our brand campaigns.
  • Create campaign analysis briefs to insight teams ensuring all relevant information needed is supplied
  • Use KPI’s and insight to evaluate brand and campaign performance, to impact future activity
  • Constantly review competitor activity to understand the landscape.
  • Responsible for aligning actions from brand marketing meetings, sharing with relevant parties.
  • Build strong relationships with everyone in marketing, creative and buying.
  • Working with the legal team to ensure all campaigns are compliant and in line with ASA guidleines.
  • Be seen as a brand ambassador across the business, demonstrating high levels of energy, enthusiasm and confidence in the strategy.

About You

  • Previous marketing experience is essential.
  • Able to apply both creative and commercial thinking.
  • TV or content creation experience is an advantage..
  • IT literate with knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly driven and determined with a proactive approach.
  • Able to work alone and as part of a large team.
  • Able to develop self – taking a proactive approach to learning & others around them
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key business stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
