Genesis sells an award-winning range of premium luxury cars around the world and have recently launched in Europe, including the UK. This year we have launched 3 new electric vehicles, moved into our new head office and opened our second state of the art Studio in London and there’s more to come.

The role

This exciting opportunity will support our London Studio’s by providing a unique and unrivalled customer experience whilst educating customers on our brand, products and the ’GenesisDifference’.

As a Brand & Product Genius, you will become a trusted expert and brand advocate to ensure that every customer has an immersive, luxury experience from the moment they walk in. You will create a memorable experience for our visitors whilst working in a space that is inspired by Korean architecture and design, where every visit is a discovery.

  • Welcome customers into the Studio.
  • Ensure the space is fully functional and presentable.
  • Provide a world class standard of customer service throughout our unique London space.
  • Passionately provide in depth knowledge on the brand and our products.
  • Explain and deliver the Genesis customer journey; demonstrating Genesis vehicles in an inspiring and engaging way, providing accurate and relevant information on the brand and its philosophy.
  • Advise customers on all aspects of the Genesis buying and ownership experience.
  • Support the Studio team by fulfilling administrative and organisational tasks in order to ensure an efficient, customer-oriented, sales-driven process.

Who you are?

As a person, you have a customer-centric mindset and a passion for luxury vehicles. A natural people’s person with strong communication skills you strive for excellence and are excited by innovation and design. To be successful in this role you will be excited to work in a growing business with strong values, that is rewriting every detail of owning a luxury car.

Personal Profile;

  • Highly service oriented, always putting the customer first.
  • Proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • A team player - able to work as part of a diverse team seeking to achieve the best possible results.
  • A background in retail/hospitality/customer service.
  • A background in automotive is desirable, passion is a must.
  • Full driving license (is an advantage)
  • Flexible to work retail hours.
