How will you make an impact as a Branch Manager:

  • Generate New Business Leads
  • Identify and include all costings for Tenders / Proposals in contracts
  • Working with stakeholders and business departments to offer the highest quality of service
  • Work with the Sales and Solutions team to devise attractive and innovative service solutions
  • Ensure the branch is compliant with all business standards and policies alongside any legal requirements
  • Support with branch operations i.e Recruitment, Training and appraisals, etc
  • Ensure the branch is reaching allocated SLA’s


Required Skills

What will you bring as a Branch Manager:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to undertake training as required
  • Previous Management/leadership experience
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels both internally and externally
  • Business Acumen & Commercial Awareness
  • Operational excellence
  • Existing Customer Management & Sales Development
  • Relationship building & Networking
