We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including fantastic customer service, sales, staff management, and a passion for travel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Branch Manager will be expected to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement branch policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff and ensure their performance meets the company’s standards.
  • Monitor customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop strategies to increase branch profitability.
  • Provide guidance and support to branch staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,223.00-£26,335.00 per year

Experience:

  • Branch Manager: 3 years (preferred)
