CMA Recruitment Group is exciting to be supporting our rapidly growing construction business based in Poole, Dorset. Due to substantial and continuous growth our client is currently looking for a part-time 20-25 hours a week bookkeeper to join their small and dynamic finance team.Our client is £3M T/O business offers a great working environment working as part of a collaborative social team, where there you will be working closely with the managing director.This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for reduced hours, however is wanting to progress and develop their skillset within a growing business. This is a standalone bookkeeper position which will report directly into the managing director.What will the role involve?
  • Bookkeeping duties;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Daily transactions;
  • CIS Ledger;
  • Costing allocations;
  • Fleet;
  • Expenses;
  • Payroll.
Suitable Candidate
  • Studying or completed AAT or qualified by experience;
  • Excellent written and oral communication;
  • Previous experience in using accounting systems, Xero would be an advantage but not essential;
  • Confident Excel user;
  • Previous CIS experience would be advantageous but not essential.
