Our client is a high net worth family office in Hertfordshire / North London, with a variety of property and other investments. The Financial Controller is seeking an assistant to cover a variety of accounts and admin responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office. This Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper role will include:-Processing purchase invoices and payments
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Raising invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card payments and reconciliation
  • A variety of ad-hoc administrative duties related to property and estate issues. This Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper role requires strong experience in bookkeeping, VAT, Sage (or similar) and MS Office and a willingness to be flexible in accounts and admin
