We’re on the lookout for a Bookings Co-ordinator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a temporary 6 months contract with potential to go permanent.

About The Role

As a Bookings Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • To plan and co-ordinate interpreter assignments.
  • Input interpreter and worker timesheets.
  • Maintain and complete spreadsheet monitoring forms on a monthly basis.
  • Act as point of contact for clients by developing and maintaining positive working relations with all relevant service providers and external agencies.
  • To assist, improve and promote service development of communications on a regular basis.
  • To maintain records and ensure that interpreter training is monitored to ensure qualifications and DBS reminders are up to date.
  • To take out of hours phone calls as part of a team rota.
  • Input finance records for individual bookings accurately.
  • Generate individual and monthly invoices for each client as required.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings.
  • Attend training courses when required.
About You

Do you have previous experience working as a Bookings Co-ordinator? To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate high levels of effective communication skills as well as understanding and experience using Microsoft Office applications. With experience in a similar position previously, you will thrive in a diverse role and be confident juggling a varied and challenging workload.
