The Role

Re-write H&B forecasting and production tools to standardise one way of working.

Streamline processes and drive the capability of controlling availability of product across all of H&B territories and channels.

You will:

• Enhance the dynamic ways we use Excel to control overfill/underfill of product pipelines
• Establish ways to drive continuous improvement via the effective use of tools and analysis of business processes
• To develop data gathering, analytical and reporting capabilities across operations and supply chain, including sharing best practice, consistency of reporting across sites and functions, simplifying and where possible automating data collection and putting forward improvement ideas
• To develop and provide routine reports for the management team on the monitoring and reviewing of company performance against KPIs as well as reviewing continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

About you:

• Excel to expert level
• Strong quantitative and reasoning skills are a must
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (replenishment, inventory planning, warehouse management etc)
• High IT literacy adaptable to use bespoke systems
• Able to present data in a clear manner

· Retail background desirable
