Grade: SO1 £30,151 to £32,020 pa (Pro rata for Part Time Posts)

37 hours per week - hours will be working 5 out of 7 days on a flexible basis between the hours of 7am till 10pm.

Full UK driving licence essential, use of own vehicle required, mileage expenses can be claimed.

Based at Cornerstones Cottingley

The Code of Practice on the English language requirement for public sector workers, Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that Councils ensure that all candidates applying for customer facing posts must be assessed in order to establish their fluency in English.

Based within our Bradford Enablement and Home Support Reviewing Teams which provides specialist enablement services to vulnerable people with assessed needs, completing strength based assessments, advanced care plans and completing support plans for people within the Bradford district. Working in partnership with Health and wider social care communities. You will supervise and support a team of staff to ensure that the front line of the service provided by the council is delivered in accordance with all the relevant Departmental guidelines, policies and national care standards in partnership with other health and social care colleagues.
