This role is initially to last until December 2023 but has the potential to develop into a permanent post.About The RoleBehaviour Support Mentor duties can include:
  • Providing intervention support, and small group support
  • Behaviour support and management for KS3 and KS4 pupils
  • 1:1 support for SEND and lower ability pupils
The Ideal Applicant Will Have
  • Some experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour, and experience in a secondary school setting
  • A passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
  • Creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
