Purpose of Role The Bar Manager will assist the General Manager in the overall management of Bar operations, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining/drinking experience. The Bar Manager reports to the General Manager.
