Assistant General Manager - High Volume Restaurant and Cocktail Bar - at the Town House, Nantwich Cheshire - to £32k Town House, Nantwich Assistant General Manager Jobs Cheshire Restaurant and Bar Manager Nantwich, Cheshire Busy, fast paced business with excellent reputation To £32,000 plus benefits Assistant General Manager Jobs in Cheshire Rhubarb Recruitment is looking for an Assistant General Manager for the Town House, Nantwich, a high-volume town centre Restaurant and Cocktail Bar in Nantwich, Cheshire. The business operates 7-days per week, with a high quality 150-cover modern British restaurant plus busy late-night Bar/ Cocktail Bar which is music focused and includes DJ residencies at weekends. The business employs over 50 staff and has an annual turnover of more than £2,000,000. We are looking for an Assistant Manager with experience running similar sized city centre food and drinks led operations. Candidates must be able to deliver ’on trend’ into a modern, lively, fast paced restaurant and late-night bar. The role will support the GM in all areas of day-to-day management responsibility. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of what excellent customer experience means and should be able to deliver a front of house service team that delivers a consistent 5 experience to all customers.
