We are looking for an amazing Venue Manager to join

our team in Bognor Regis!

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Department for our

Bars Team, you will be responsible for all operational and guest experience

elements of your venue.

Making our guests smile is at the heart of our

values, and you will ensure this happens consistently by ensuring that guests remain

the central focus of all operational decisions. This will include resource

planning, recruitment and selection, ensuring that we have the very best team

in place to deliver an amazing service.

You Will Be Passionate About Exceptional Experience

and will monitor this regularly to develop action plans in your venue with a

focus on continuous improvement. Butlin’s has some exciting plans for the

future too, and you will support in projects with a goal of offering greater

availability to our guests.

Financial performance will play an important part in

your role, and you will deliver sales budgets through driving new propositions

and motivating your team with creative initiatives. You should always have your

finger on the pulse when it comes to the venue P&L in line with budgets and

forecasts. You will also be accountable for Health and Safety, food hygiene standards

and licensing.

You will be a role model for the Butlin’s unique way

of working, ensuring training schedules and PDPs are in place for your team

and inspiring them to deliver a great experience to guests every time.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate Venue Manager to join

our team. You should have demonstrable experience of managing a busy venue

that has a focus on delivering a great guest experience.

You should be confident in leading and inspiring a

team and have the ability to develop innovative incentives and goals to drive

performance.

Strong P&L management and resource planning is

essential for this role, so experience of this will be required.

Whilst your experience is important to us, your

mindset and approach is of equal importance to ensure that both our guests and

team have a great experience with Butlins.
